1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer COD across India. You can also pay using UPI, cards, and netbanking.
2. What is the delivery time?
We deliver within 3–5 days across India. Remote locations may take an extra day.
3. Do you charge for shipping?
No. We provide free shipping pan India on all orders.
4. How do I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email. You can check real-time updates anytime.
5. What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for defective or wrong products within 3 days of delivery.
A mandatory unboxing video is required for approval.
6. Do you allow exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are allowed only if you received the wrong product.

Once the return is approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method.
